Refund Policy

At Homespun Plumbing, we are committed to providing high-quality plumbing services and complete customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

 

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the completed work. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • A re-service at no additional cost

  • A partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue

  • A full refund in rare cases where no service was delivered or completed due to an error on our part

 

2. Deposits and Cancellations

  • For scheduled work that requires a deposit, refunds are available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may result in a non-refundable deposit, to cover time and scheduling loss.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Diagnostic fees, once the inspection is performed, are non-refundable.

  • Completed labor and installed materials are non-refundable unless defective or not as described.

 

4. Emergency Services

Emergency callouts (after-hours or same-day requests) are non-refundable once service is rendered, unless the issue was clearly misdiagnosed.

Please include your name, service address, invoice number, and a description of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

6. Policy Changes

Homespun Plumbing reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
